Will flat out say, if it were not for Sharon Webb, my wife and I never could have sold our existing home and purchased our near $1 million-dollar dream home. From beginning to end, Sharon was always only text or phone call away, immediately dealing with both minor and major issues as they came with both professionalism and poise. When my family decided to sell the house located in Raleigh, I was very worried. As a foreigner, my English is not too good. The culture and customs are so different between America and China. Above all, I didn’t have much time. It was mid-February, and I would have returned back to China in June. How can I sell the house smoothly in just three months?
Fortunately, I met Sharon, a very nice, professional, and thoughtful lady. When she knew that I had absolutely no idea of this matter, she gave some helpful advice after she checked the house, such as setting the price for the house and finding a fitting selling strategy. I totally agreed with her. Then, she contacted many professional people (inspectors, engineers, etc.) to do various work for the house as soon as possible. One of my local friend knew the process and said surprisingly, \u201C Your agent is so efficient ! She did all these works in only two to three weeks whereas others may need more than a month to finish.\u201D
Soon, the house was put on market in mid-March. There were many people visiting, but not many were interested in the beginning of the week. Sharon knew that I want to sell the house as quick as possible. According to the feedback we received, she suggested me to do some painting. Her professional suggestion worked. my house was sold only four days after the painting was done! The entire selling process took only about two weeks from the beginning to the end, and I was really satisfied with the price.
